Terms & Conditions — ace165 Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ace165 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the ace165 website located at https://ace165.com, including but not limited to the casino games, sportsbook, live dealer tables, account portal, and payment systems, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ace165 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. ace165 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ace165 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be published from time to time on the platform. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus only.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the ace165 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ace165 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances. 18+ Only
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not as a representative, agent, or on behalf of any other party for commercial purposes.
• You are not acting under the instruction or on behalf of any person who is themselves ineligible to use the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of ace165, nor an immediate family member of such a person, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ace165 or had your account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

ace165 uses automated and manual review processes to detect underage account usage. Players who appear to be under 18 based on submitted documents or platform behaviour may be required to submit additional verification before their account is reinstated. ace165 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during a player's account lifetime — not only at the initial registration stage.

Geographic Eligibility

ace165 is operated for and primarily marketed to players based in Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law access the platform entirely at their own risk and legal liability. ace165 does not represent that the use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. 3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ace165 services — including real-money casino games, sports betting markets, and BDT payment processing — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address.

One Account Per Person

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ace165. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, ace165 will merge or close the duplicate accounts at its sole discretion. Any balance, bonus credits, or pending withdrawals held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently maintained in your account profile is accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — particularly in relation to name, date of birth, or residential address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account without prior notice.

KYC Verification

ace165 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, prior to permitting deposits above certain thresholds. KYC documents typically required include a government-issued photo identification (such as a Bangladesh National ID card or passport) and proof of address (such as a utility bill, bank statement, or other official correspondence dated within the past three months). Additional documents may be requested in specific circumstances, including enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace165 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ace165 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with your credentials will be treated as activity authorised by you, unless you have previously notified ace165 of a suspected unauthorised access incident via the support team.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ace165 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits:

Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount at ace165 is ৳100. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any account-level limits applied by the ace165 compliance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per month are published in the payment section of your account dashboard and may be adjusted based on your account verification level and activity history.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the ace165 finance team after confirmation that (a) your account KYC verification is complete, (b) the relevant wagering requirements applicable to any bonus funds included in your balance have been met, and (c) no pending security review or compliance investigation is active on your account. ace165 aims to approve and dispatch all standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to the processing times of the receiving payment provider.

Currency and Fees

All transactions on ace165 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ace165 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — particularly for bank transfers — may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ace165's control. Wagering Requirements

Bonus Abuse

Promotional Changes

ace165 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued while players have active bonus balances, ace165 will honour those active balances under the terms that applied at the time the bonus was credited, subject to the standard bonus expiry period. Players are advised to review the current terms of any active bonus in their account dashboard.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ace165 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension, permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

You Must Not:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent communication with ace165.
• Attempt to access the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players in poker, live casino games, or any game format where collusion could confer an unfair advantage.
• Use the platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the ace165 platform software or game code.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person, or allow any third party to use your account credentials to place bets or access services.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing communications directed at ace165 staff, support agents, or other players via any channel.
• Exploit any error, malfunction, or bug in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Attempt to circumvent self-exclusion, account suspension, or any responsible gaming restriction that has been applied to your account.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

ace165 takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously. The platform applies transaction monitoring, source-of-funds checks, and enhanced due diligence procedures consistent with internationally recognised AML standards. Where suspicious activity is detected, ace165 is required to suspend the relevant account, freeze the associated funds, and report the activity to the appropriate authorities. Cooperation with our AML procedures — including providing source-of-funds documentation on request — is a condition of maintaining an account at ace165.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

ace165 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A material breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicious financial activity has been identified on the account, including patterns consistent with money laundering.
• The player is under the age of 18 or does not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• The account has been flagged by ace165's responsible gaming monitoring systems as potentially exhibiting problem gambling behaviour, pending a player welfare review.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or from an authorised third party acting on their behalf.
• ace165 is required to suspend or close the account to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a court order.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ace165 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, ace165 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that no compliance review is outstanding. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without completing a fresh identity verification process.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account, your right to access the ace165 platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets or game rounds that were active at the time of closure will be settled according to the game or sport outcome, and the resulting balance — if in credit — will be returned to your verified payment method. ace165 will retain your account data for the period required by applicable data retention laws, after which it will be securely deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace165, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, even if ace165 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Platform Availability

ace165 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available on a continuous basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows, technical failures, third-party service provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network outages affecting Bangladeshi telecommunications infrastructure, or power failures affecting data centre operations).

Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on ace165 are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. ace165 makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of winning and accepts no liability for losses incurred through legitimate gameplay. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the relevant sporting event result as confirmed by the sport's governing body. ace165 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of a manifest pricing error.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ace165 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the ace165 platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ace165's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. ace165's internal dispute resolution process requires players to first raise a formal complaint with the support team, allowing 30 calendar days for resolution before escalating to external arbitration.
